Roles and Responsibilities:
- Solutions & design for Pega decisioning and Pega Marketing
- Defining solutions, design and implementation in Customer Marketing, contact strategy, segmentation, adaptive modelling, campaign management
- Manage a team of Pega Decisioning Architects and system architects and ensure tasks are assigned and delivered on time and on budget.
- Present decisioning concepts and benefits to stakeholders ranging from Marketing heads and vice presidents to the operations team
- Provide thought-leadership to client across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements
- Recommend decisioning algorithms which balance customer needs with business objectives.
- Setup and execution of CDH components such as A/B testing, Simulation testing, performance reports and monitoring
- Setup and execution of Adaptive model
- Provide consultation and training to Decisioning architects
- Assess existing decisioning strategies and expand the platform to support multi-channel
- Lead the planning, designing and implementation of Decisioning initiatives
- Develop Next Best Action strategies
Required Skills
- Should have strong experience defining decisioning architecture, solutions & design for Pega decisioning and Pega Marketing
- Experience in distributed systems, large scale non-relational data stores, Big data platforms, data modelling, database performance and multi-terabyte data warehouses
- Demonstrated knowledge of industry standard project delivery frameworks including Agile, Scrum and waterfall
- Ability to present decisioning concepts and benefits to stakeholders ranging from Marketing heads and vice presidents to the operations team
- Experience with setup and execution of CDH components such as A/B testing, Simulation testing, performance reports and monitoring
- Experience with setup and execution of Adaptive model
- Experience with using the PMMLs from existing non Pega predictive model and using them in Pega decisioning
- Experience on Pega CPM, Smart Investigate frameworks preferred
- Certified in Pega CPMC and CPDC
- Certified in Pega LSA/CSSA
